SCHOLARSHIP AND CAREER GUIDANCE COMMITTEE
Student Scholarships
In order to encourage undergraduate and graduate level students pursuing careers in transportation?related fields, the Section provides the following scholarship opportunities on a yearly basis:
- The ITE CO/WY Undergraduate Level Scholarship – $1,000
- The ITE CO/WY Graduate Level Scholarship – $1,000
- The ITE CO/WY Executive Committee Leadership Award – $500 (Undergraduate or Graduate Students)
It is anticipated that up to $4,000 in scholarship awards will be distributed on an annual basis, the scholarship award will be given in the student’s name and the award amount will be used by the student at their discretion.
Student Paper Recognition
The Section has established a recognition program for the two best undergraduate papers and the two best graduate papers accepted for presentation at the Western District Annual Meeting. For more information, click on the appropriate link: undergraduate or graduate.
The call for abstract submissions to the Western District is complete. If you have not submitted an abstract, you will have to wait until next year.
