This website can be used to make reservations for our next meeting. The section offers two ways to make a reservation: make a reservation and pay for the meeting now using PayPal and a credit card or make a reservation and pay by cash or check at the meeting.

Reservations were due by Monday, May 10, 2010 at 5:00 PM.
A reminder that ITE is required to provide the facility with a minimum guarantee of three full days in advance of the event. As a result, once the reservation deadline has passed, those reserved are required to pay for their attendance regardless of whether they actually attend the event. If you need to cancel your reservation prior to the deadline please send an e-mail to reservation@cowyite.org.
